Note: If there are active orders scheduled to be picked up during an upcoming closure, you must contact Caviar Support via the “Request Support” button on the iPad.
To create a new closure event, click on the “New Temp Closure” button.
Provide the following information for the upcoming closure:
- Start Date
- Start Time
- End Date
- End Time
After the temporary closure is created, track all upcoming (and historical) closures from the main menu. If you created a temporary closure in the dashboard, you can cancel the closure at any time by clicking on the “Remove” button.
