When you receive a new order, the iPad will flash orange and play a notification sound. Tap the screen to view the new order details to see the Order Number, Pick-up Date & Time, and Special Instructions. Menu offers and options will appear in black text, while special diner requests will appear in orange text. Here you can Accept the Order, Change the Pickup Time, Disable Items that are sold out/86’d, temporarily Extend your Prep Times, and Contact Caviar Support.
