Ticket Printing Setup and Troubleshooting

You can print Caviar orders directly to your POS receipt printer (subject to compatibility). To set up a printer, tap the Settings icon in the bottom left corner of the screen and navigate to the Print Settings menu. This screen will automatically list all compatible printers within range. 





If your printer doesn’t appear in the “Available Printers” section, ensure the iPad is connected to the same network (for WiFi and Ethernet printers), and bluetooth is enabled on the iPad (for Bluetooth printers). Here is a list of compatible printers:
